Browse the product catalog on the main page, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your contact details, agree to the research disclaimer, and click Confirm. A True Form Wellness representative will reach out within one business day with payment instructions.

We accept Venmo and CashApp. You'll provide your handle at checkout, and a True Form Wellness representative will follow up with payment instructions. We do not process card payments through the website.

There is no minimum order requirement. A flat $7.00 shipping and reconstitution fee is applied to all orders regardless of size.

After clicking Confirm at checkout, you'll see an on-screen confirmation with your order number. A representative will follow up by email to confirm your order and provide payment details. If you don't hear back within one business day, email orders@trueformwellness.us with your order number.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is received and the order enters fulfillment, changes cannot be made. Contact us immediately at orders@trueformwellness.us if you need to make a change.

A flat $7.00 fee covers shipping and reconstitution supplies on every order. There are no tiered or weight-based charges.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS. Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days may ship same day.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of the label being generated.

A COA is a document from a third-party laboratory confirming the identity and purity of a compound. Every True Form Wellness batch is tested using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, and a copy ships with your order. Email us your Batch ID any time and we'll send a copy directly.

Every vial ships with a unique Batch ID and its Certificate of Analysis included in the package. To confirm a batch or request a replacement copy, email your Batch ID to orders@trueformwellness.us and we'll send the HPLC data, Mass Spectrometry results, and endotoxin testing for that lot.

All compounds are targeted to ≥99% purity as verified by third-party HPLC testing after synthesis, confirming purity is maintained through the freeze-drying process.

Compounds are produced using solid-phase peptide synthesis with pharmaceutical-grade reagents under controlled lab conditions, and every batch is verified by third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing before it ships.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during shipping. Upon receipt:

• Unopened vials: Refrigerate at 2–8°C for short-term storage, or freeze at −20°C for long-term storage (up to 24 months).
• Reconstituted peptides: Refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Do not freeze after reconstitution.
• Keep away from light, heat, and moisture.

Bacteriostatic Water (BW) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is used to reconstitute (dissolve) lyophilized peptide powder into a solution for research use. It extends the usable life of reconstituted peptides compared to plain sterile water.

We sell Bacteriostatic Water 30mL — sufficient for reconstituting multiple vials.

General reconstitution process for research:

• Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening.
• Using a clean syringe, draw the desired volume of Bacteriostatic Water.
• Inject the BW slowly along the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder.
• Gently swirl (do not shake) until the powder is fully dissolved.
• Store reconstituted peptide refrigerated at 2–8°C. Use within 30 days.
