All compounds, chemicals, and materials sold through True Form Wellness are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any human or veterinary use.
Purchasing these products for personal use, human consumption, veterinary use, or resale for any non-research purpose is strictly prohibited and may violate federal and state laws. True Form Wellness LLC is not responsible for any misuse of its products.
Submitting an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until accepted by a True Form Wellness representative, who will contact you with payment instructions. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. A flat $7.00 shipping and reconstitution fee applies to all orders. All sales are final once payment is confirmed (see Section 7 for exceptions).
We take rigorous steps to ensure product purity and accuracy, including third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing on every batch. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are publicly available for all products. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any compound for a particular research purpose.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of any compound complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional policies.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on any product once shipped. Exceptions are made only for products that arrive damaged, incorrectly shipped, or missing from an order. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Form Wellness LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or this Site, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Form Wellness LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which True Form Wellness LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
